Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
A condition where extreme exhaustion lasts for months and does not improve much even with rest.
Details
Chronic fatigue syndrome, often called ME/CFS, is more than feeling tired. It involves deep, ongoing exhaustion that can last for six months or more and may get worse even after light activity. Many people also struggle with brain fog, unrefreshing sleep, pain, and feeling misunderstood by others. The condition is real, and living with it can affect both body and mental health in major ways.
💡 Real-Life Example
Someone sleeps all night but still wakes up exhausted, and a short trip outside leaves them drained for the next two days.
