Group Therapy

Group Therapy

A treatment approach where people with similar struggles come together to support each other and grow.

Details

Group therapy is a form of treatment where typically 6–12 participants work together under the guidance of a professional therapist.

The benefits include experiencing universality — the realization that 'I'm not the only one going through this' — learning from one another, and practicing interpersonal skills in a safe environment.

It may feel unfamiliar at first, but sharing experiences with people who truly understand can be an incredible source of comfort. — Mindy
