Understanding the Mind

Extraversion

Extraversion

Extraversion is the tendency to gain energy from being around people. It's characterized by being outgoing and sociable.

Details

Extraversion is a personality trait where a person draws energy from the outside world — people, activities, and social interaction.

Extraverts tend to be sociable, active, and stimulation-seeking. That said, extraversion exists on a spectrum, so not every extravert loves parties.

Whether you're extraverted or introverted, understanding and respecting your own energy patterns is what matters most. — Mindy

💡 Real-Life Example

"Someone who feels recharged after a party" — that's a sign of extraverted tendencies.
