Wholeness
Wholeness
Wholeness means accepting both your bright and dark sides, your strengths and weaknesses, and integrating them into one complete self. It is the practice of loving yourself exactly as you are.

What is Wholeness?
Wholeness refers to a psychological state in which a person embraces all aspects of themselves — the good and the lacking, the light and the shadow, joy and sorrow — in an integrated way, living as one complete being. Carl Jung viewed this as the ultimate goal of the Individuation process.
The Meaning of Wholeness
We often try to show only certain parts of ourselves. We present the socially desirable side while hiding what feels shameful or weak. But wholeness means acknowledging and integrating all of these aspects as 'me.'
Both sides are precious parts of who you are. Denying either one makes it impossible to live as your full self.
The Journey Toward Wholeness
Here are ways Mindy can help you move toward wholeness:
The Difference Between Wholeness and Perfection
Wholeness is not the same as perfection. Perfection seeks a state free of flaws, while wholeness means accepting that everything — including your flaws — is part of you. Paradoxically, it is in embracing imperfection that we come closest to true completeness.
A Word from Mindy

💡 Real-Life Example
An example of experiencing wholeness is accepting your introverted nature not as a flaw but as a unique characteristic that is distinctly yours, and discovering within it the strength of deep, reflective thinking.
