PERMA Model

PERMA Model

A positive psychology model that describes five core elements of well-being.

Details

The PERMA Model is a five-element well-being model proposed by Martin Seligman. It stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment — the first letters of each component.

No single element is sufficient on its own; true well-being is achieved when all five work together in harmony. Consciously nurturing each element is a key strategy for increasing happiness.

It's worth reflecting on which elements may be lacking in your own life. Mindy can help you explore and strengthen each area.

💡 Real-Life Example

P (Positive Emotion), E (Engagement), R (Relationships), M (Meaning), A (Accomplishment) — these five elements are the building blocks of a flourishing life.
