Circadian Rhythm Disorders

Sleep problems that happen when the body clock is out of sync with daily life.

Details

Circadian rhythm disorders happen when your internal body clock does not line up well with the sleep and wake schedule your life requires. This can show up as falling asleep too late, waking too early, struggling with shift work, or feeling thrown off after crossing time zones. It is not simply laziness or poor discipline. Your body clock may genuinely be out of sync.

💡 Real-Life Example

A student cannot fall asleep until 3 a.m. for months and then struggles every morning for early classes.
